Obituary for Cathleen M. (Annis) Burnham

Burnham, Cathleen M. (Annis), 59, unexpectedly passed away on Sunday, December 24, 2017 at her home in Warwick. She was born in Providence, RI to the late Robert and Ileana (Tetreault) Annis.

Cathleen was a loving mother and grandmother who enjoyed cooking large meals for her family. She was owner of Allied School of Court Reporting, which was established in 1982. Her faith and religion were extremely important to her. She was a devoted parishioner at St. Timothy's Church in Warwick where she had previously taught CCD classes. Cathleen was a happy person with an infectious smile that glowed. She was an avid animal lover as well.

Cathleen was the mother of three children: Teri-Lee Ming and her husband Nicholas of Warwick, Tammi Burnham and her boyfriend Angelo Pelleccione of West Warwick and Michael Burnham of Warwick; "Meme" of seven grandchildren: Marcus Burnham, Matthew Burnham, Kali Pelleccione, Nicholas Burnham, Khloe Pelleccione, Ileana Burnham and Lorenzo Pelleccione; sister of three siblings: James Annis, Patricia Lauble and Sandra Arcand, and an aunt to several nieces and nephews.

Family and friends may gather directly at St. Timothy's Church, 1799 Warwick Avenue, Warwick, RI for her Funeral Mass on Friday, December 29 at 10:00 a.m. followed with burial at St. Ann's Cemetery in Cranston, RI.

Calling hours will take place at Carpenter-Jenks Funeral Home & Crematory, 659 East Greenwich Avenue, West Warwick on Thursday from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m.
