A) Basic Cremation with Family Identification

Total cost: $ 2755.00

This package includes the basic services of the funeral director and staff and overhead, the local transfer of the deceased to the funeral home, other preparation for identification, the securing of certificates, authorizations and permits, a minimum alternative cardboard cremation container, the use of the facilities for a limited viewing time for identification purposes  and the cash advances for the Medical Examiner's Cremation Certificate fee and the Crematory fee.

B) Cremation with a Memorial Service in another location:

Total cost: $ 4475.00

This package includes the basic services of the funeral director and staff and overhead, the local transfer of the deceased to the funeral home, other preparation for identification, the securing of certificates, authorizations and permits, a minimum alternative cremation container, the use of the facilities for a limited viewing time for identification purposes, the services of the funeral director and staff and the use of equipment for a memorial service and committal service, the choice of a memorial stationary package and of a personalized urn, and the cash advances for the Medical Examiner's Cremation Certificate fee and the Crematory fee.

C) Cremation with a Memorial Service at our Funeral Home:

Total cost: $ 4905.00

This package includes the basic services of the funeral director and staff and overhead, the local transfer of the deceased to the funeral home, other preparation for identification, the securing of certificates, authorizations and permits, a minimum alternative cremation cardboard cremation container, the use of the facilities for a limited viewing time for identification purposes, the services of the funeral director and staff and use of our facilities and equipment  for a memorial service with one hour of visitation prior and committal service, a hearse, the choice of a memorial stationary package and of a personalized urn, and the cash advances for the Medical Examiner's Cremation Certificate fee and the Crematory fee. 

D) Cremation with Memorial Visitation or Memorial Visitation & Service all on One Day at Our Funeral Home:

Total cost: $4580.00

This package includes the basic services of the funeral director and staff and overhead, the local transfer of the deceased to the funeral home, other preparation for identification, the securing of certificates, authorizations and permits, a minimum  alternative cardboard  cremation container, the use of the facilities for a limited viewing time for identification purposes, the services of the funeral director and staff and the use of our facilities and equipment for up to three hours of visitation, the services of funeral director and staff and use of equipment for a committal service, the choice of a memorial stationary package and of a personalized urn, and the cash advances for the Medical Examiner's Cremation Certificate fee and the Crematory fee. 

E) Cremation with a Memorial Visitation followed by a service all on one day at our Funeral Home:

Total Cost: $ 5,105.00

This package includes the basic services of the funeral director and staff and overhead, the local transfer of the deceased to the funeral home, other preparation for identification, the securing of certificates, authorizations and permits, a minimum alternative cardboard cremation container, the use of the facilities for a limited viewing time for identification purposes, the services of the funeral director and staff and the use of our facilities and equipment for three hours of visitation immediately followed by a memorial service, the services of the funeral director and staff and use of equipment for  a committal service on another day, the choice of a memorial stationary package and of a personalized urn, and the cash advances for the Medical Examiner's Cremation Certificate fee and the Crematory fee.

F) Cremation with Memorial Visitation at our Funeral Home and a Memorial Mass of Christian Burial or Church/Chapel Memorial Service the next :

Total Cost: $5,905.00

This package includes the basic services of the funeral director and staff and overhead, the local transfer of the deceased to the funeral home, other preparation for identification, the securing of certificates, authorizations and permits, a minimum alternative cardboard cremation container, the use of the facilities for a limited viewing time for identification purposes, the services of the funeral director and staff and the use of our facilities and equipment for up to three hours of visitation, the use of the facilities to gather at the funeral home prior to the church/chapel service, the services of the funeral director and staff and use of equipment for the memorial mass/service immediately followed by a committal service, a hearse, a family limousine, the choice of a memorial stationary package and of a personalized urn, and the cash advances for the Medical Examiner's Cremation Certificate fee and the Crematory fee.

G) A Funeral Service at our funeral home with one hour of Visitation immediately prior followed by cremation:

Total Cost: $ 6,310.00

This package includes the basic services of the funeral director and staff and overhead, the local transfer of the deceased to the funeral home, embalming and other preparation, the securing of certificates, authorizations and permits, use of a cremation rental casket,  the services of the funeral director and staff and the use of our facilities and equipment for a funeral service with one hour of visitation immediately prior and for a committal service, the choice of a memorial stationary package and of a personalized urn and the cash advances for the Medical Examiner's Cremation Certificate fee and the Crematory fee.

H) Three hours of Visitation immediately followed by a funeral service all on one day at our funeral home followed by cremation:

Total Cost: $ 6,185.00

This package includes the basic services of the funeral director and staff and overhead, the local transfer of the deceased to the funeral home, embalming and other preparation, the securing of certificates, authorizations and permits; the use of a cremation rental casket,the services of the funeral  director and staff and the use of our facilities and equipment for three hours of visitation, the services of funeral director and staff and use of equipment  for a committal service on another day;  the choice of Memorial stationary package and of a personalized urn and the cash advances for the Medical Examiner's Certificate fee and the Crematory fee.

I) Three hours of Visitation immediately followed by a funeral service all on one day at our funeral home followed by cremation:

Total Cost: $6,710.00

This package includes the basic services of the funeral director and staff and overhead, the local transfer of the deceased to the funeral home, embalming and other preparation, the securing of certificates, authorizations and permits; the use of a cremation rental casket, the services of the funeral  director and staff and the use of our facilities and equipment for three hours of visitation immediately followed by a funeral service, the services of funeral director and staff and equipment  for a committal service on another day;  the choice of Memorial stationary package and of a personalized urn and the cash advances for the Medical Examiner's Certificate fee and the Crematory fee.

J) Three hours of Visitation at our funeral home, overnight cremation and a Memorial Funeral Mass or Memorial Service in a Church/Chapel the next day: 

Total Cost: $7,685.00 

This package includes the basic services of the funeral director and staff and overhead, the local transfer of the deceased to the funeral home, embalming and other preparation, the securing of certificates, authorizations and permits, the use of a cremation rental casket, the services of the funeral director and staff and the use of our facilities and equipment for three hours of visitation, the use of the facilities to gather at the funeral home prior to church, the services of the funeral director and staff and use of automotive equipment (a hearse, a family limousine and a director’s car) for the memorial mass/service followed by a committal service, the choice of a memorial stationery package and of a personalized urn, and the cash advances for the Medical Examiner’s Cremation Certificate fee and the Crematory fee. 

*Note: For an additional cost the following selections of alternative cremation containers for identification viewing purposes and for cremation are available: 

1) “The Standard”, a wood composite container lined with rosetan crepe $ 220.00 additional 

2) Grey flannel flat top fiberboard container lined with white crepe  $350.00 additional
